As a certified Integrative nutrition and lifestyle coach, my goal is to help you improve your lifestyle, lose weight and feel your best. I don't believe in fad diets or even the word "diet." Been there, done that! Instead, I call it and follow a lifestyle, which helped me shed more than 30 pounds naturally!
I did not count calories or restricted myself from eating certain foods. Instead, I learned to listen to my body and eliminated the foods that were attacking my gut and sabotaging my weight loss. My health started improving drastically after I adapted to my own personal nutrition and lifestyle routine. There are so many women who ask me how I lost so much weight, and I tell them, "you can do it too, you just have to do it the right way."
I always had a passion for healthy living and eating real food. My passion led me to join the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned about different dietary theories and numerous health related topics. After graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a certified health coach, I decided to start my own health coaching practice, Namaste Bliss.
Through Namaste Bliss, I work with women who are seeking a realistic and healthy approach to improve their lifestyle and lose weight naturally. In addition to being a health coaching practice, Namaste Bliss is also a blog, where I like to share my recipes and 3-5 minute reads on various topics.
