Welcome to Namaste Bliss!
I strongly believe that the following three words are very important in shaping our lives on a day to day basis: Food, Balanced Lifestyle & Consistency. I have personally taken these three words very seriously in the past year and noticed some big changes taking place, which left me and my friends/family amazed! Throughout the process, I have learned that if you want to see results, living a balanced lifestyle, making the right food choices, and sticking to a routine is an art that needs to be mastered. I often get asked how I lost so much weight, what I ate, did I lose it naturally, and how long did it take. I lost close to 40 pounds within the past year because I chose to take these three words seriously.
Through Namaste Bliss, my goal is to share clean, simple & flavorful recipes, provide guidance on how to lead a wholesome and balanced lifestyle, and show you how to maintain a healthy relationship with food, so you can achieve your health goals, lose weight naturally and feel great inside and out.
I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens and your needs will change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.
Why did I name my blog Namaste Bliss
Namaste in sanskrit means "hello" and Bliss means "a state of Joy." When you master the art of living a healthy, vibrant, balanced and happy lifestyle, you welcome bliss into your life. Therefore, I decided to name my blog "Namaste Bliss."
