Hi, I am Vanessa

I always had an interest in nutrition/wellness and a passion for helping and guiding others about living a healthy lifestyle. After earning my certification as a health coach, I started Namate Bliss to share healthy recipes and wellness tips along with providing one on one health coaching for weight loss and developing a personal healthy living routine. 

Based on my personal experience, when you get acquainted with your own personal healthy living routine, it is easy to overcome cravings, reduce stress and lose weight. I have managed to lose 30 pounds naturally by focusing on what works best for me. And my goal is to help you with the same.  It's not just about weight loss, but also about improving your relationship with food and feeling great mentally, physically and emotionally.
