Every week, I pick ONE ingredient and create 2–3 healthy, whole-food recipes with it. It’s fun, creative, and super helpful for when you’re staring at a fridge wondering, “What can I make with this?"
Chocolate week? You might get a healthy Twix bar or some gooey brownies.
Whether it is chicken, chia seeds chocolate or veggies, you can make a decent and healthy meal out of it.
