Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Brittle

Pre-heat the oven to 400°F (204°C)

Add Mixed Nuts to a large bowl

  • 1/2 cup pecans

  • 1/2 cup pistachios

  • 1/4 cup of walnuts broken into small pieces

  • 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds


Add 1/4 cup of maple syrup


Add 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning & mix it all well

Empty the mixture on a flat sheet pan and flatten it out with a spatula pressing gently. Place in the oven for 5 minutes till the mixture is toasted to your liking.



After taking it out of the oven, let it cool for 10-15 mins



In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate nibs



Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cooled mixture & place in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours or overnight
