Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Brittle

LIST OF INGREDIENTS
  1. 1/2 cup pecans

  2. 1/2 cup pistachios

  3. 1/4 cup of walnuts broken into small pieces

  4. 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds

  5. 1 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning

  6. 1/4 cup maple syrup


METHOD



Pre-heat the oven to 400°F (204°C)

Add Mixed Nuts to a large bowl

  • 1/2 cup pecans

  • 1/2 cup pistachios

  • 1/4 cup of walnuts broken into small pieces

  • 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds



Add 1/4 cup of maple syrup



Add 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning & mix it all well



Empty the mixture on a flat sheet pan and flatten it out with a spatula pressing gently. Place in the oven for 5 minutes till the mixture is toasted to your liking.




After taking it out of the oven, let it cool for 10-15 mins



In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate nibs





Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cooled mixture & place in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours or overnight




Break or cut into desired size and enjoy



You will be addicted to this crunchy, sweet, toasty and chewy pumpkin spice chocolate brittle. Perfect for fall season! Makes a great addition to any potluck for fall, or simply something healthy to snack on when you are getting that sweet craving.
