This blog was born out of my personal journey and learning in the field of health, wellness, and nutrition. After becoming a certified health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I felt inspired to create a platform for anyone looking to improve their lifestyle and overall well-being.

Wellness, to me, is a daily practice. It can look different for everyone. But it always begins with intention.
My intention through this blog, is to offer you a space that feels like a breath of fresh air — calm, encouraging, and organic.
While attending the Institute for Integrative Nutrition , I gained immense knowledge about holistic health and balanced living. More importantly, I applied what I learned to my own life—creating balance, developing healthier habits, and nurturing a lifestyle that truly supports my physical, mental, and emotional health.
I’m passionate about sharing those insights with others who are ready to create positive, lasting change in their own lives. Whether you're just starting out or already on your wellness journey, my goal is to support, motivate, and inspire you to live a more balanced and fulfilling life.


Behind the Name
Namaste Bliss

Naming this blog wasn’t just about picking words. I was looking for a name that felt aligned with the way I live and the message I want to share.
To me, bliss is more than a fleeting moment of happiness—It’s a deep, steady joy that comes from within. It’s the feeling of being whole, grounded, and feeling vibrant.
When we live in alignment with our bodies, minds, and hearts, we begin to experience life not as something to chase, but as something to cherish.
Namaste is a soulful greeting—a way of honoring the light in one another. And Bliss is the radiant peace that is within us all.
Together, Namaste Bliss is an invitation: To live consciously. To nourish deeply. To remember that joy is our natural state. Here, we explore what it means to live a wholesome, vibrant life—with gratitude, intention, and grace.
Namaste Bliss is a reminder that true wellness begins from within. It’s about honoring your body, calming your mind, and reconnecting with the bliss that’s always been yours.

MY APPROACH TO RECIPE DEVELOPMENT
I love creating healthy recipes using mostly whole foods, and my approach is simple and fun. Each week, I choose one main ingredient and develop 2–3 wholesome recipes centered around it. This method keeps things exciting for me, and it’s a great way to share fresh ideas with my followers—especially those looking for creative ways to use a particular ingredient.
For example, if I’m focusing on chocolate that week, you might see a delicious, healthier version of a Twix bar or a batch of fudgy brownies. Think of the recipe section of this blog as an ingredient-based index: whether you’re searching for something with chicken, chocolate, or chia seeds, you’ll find inspiring, health-focused recipes built around that star ingredient.
