This session is scheduled for you and mainly focuses on any questions you have about the program. After this session we can both decide if this program is a good fit for you. When we are ready, you can sign up for a program that works best for you and get started on your journey to look and feel your BEST!

As your accountability partner, I provide simple recommendations which result in positive lasting changes and transformation. We work together to develop your personal healthy living routine. Once we have created your routine, we set up a time every week to discuss your weekly recommendations and follow up on how the recommendation has worked for you and if anything should be changed.
Your healthy living routine will consist of nutrition, fitness and other essential recommendations that will gradually improve & transform your lifestyle. You will lose weight, feel healthy, gain energy and improve your relationship with food. The ultimate goal of the healthy routine living program is to acquaint you with your personal lifestyle road map, so you overcome the diet dilemma and learn to manage your weight naturally and effortlessly without getting stressed.
