Air Fryer Tandoori Chicken


I get so many requests for this particular recipe. So here it is. This is the most simple & easy recipe to make that tender and juicy tandoori chicken.
You can use chicken thighs, breast or tenders to make this recipe as per your choice.

I made my recipe with two leg quarters. just Keep in mind that boneless pieces will cook faster then bone-in. Also, depending on your air fryer or oven, the time to cook may vary slightly.

Here‘s what you’ll need

2 large leg quarters


2 tbsp Greek yogurt


2 tbsp tandoori chicken masala


1 tbsp olive oil


Salt to taste


2-3 cloves chopped garlic


1/2 tbsp chopped ginger


1/2 tsp red chili powder


Fresh lemon juice of half a large lemon



RECIPE


Pre-heat the air fryer at 390°


Mix all of the above ingredients together except for the chicken to make a marinade


Add the chicken to the marinade & coat it well


Cover & set aside for at least half an hour


Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer lined with parchment paper


Roast each side for 15 minutes until fully cooked


Serve & enjoy!
