Pistachio & Walnut Brownie Bites (Vegan)




In honor of the love month, Here's a decadent brownie recipe which is gluten-free, vegan & super delish!

This recipe calls for 12 bite-sized piece, so you can double the ingredients based on the number of pieces you would like to make.

Here’s what you’ll need


1 Banana 1/2 cup peanut butter Less then half cup cacao powder 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp chopped walnuts 1 tbsp chopped pistachios for garnish 1/2 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt

1/4 cup water Edible dried rose petals for garnish


Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350°

  2. Mash the banana in a bowl

  3. Add peanut butter, cacao powder, baking powder, maple syrup and pinch of salt to the bowl and mix well

  4. Add in the chopped walnuts to the mixture in the bowl, and fold it in

  5. Add water and start mixing till you get a thick cake batter consistency (add more water if needed)

  6. Line a small baking pan with parchment paper and pour in the brownie mixture, then spread it well into a rectangle shape

  7. Place it in the oven and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes

  8. When baked, take it out of the oven and let it cool for five minutes, then cut it into bite-size pieces and garnish with chopped pistachios and rose petals
