Pistachio & Walnut Brownie Bites (Vegan)

In honor of the love month, Here's a decadent brownie recipe which is gluten-free, vegan & super delish!
This recipe calls for 12 bite-sized piece, so you can double the ingredients based on the number of pieces you would like to make. 
Here’s what you’ll need
1 Banana 1/2 cup peanut butter Less then half cup cacao powder 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp chopped walnuts 1 tbsp chopped pistachios for garnish 1/2 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt
1/4 cup water Edible dried rose petals for garnish
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350° 
- Mash the banana in a bowl 
- Add peanut butter, cacao powder, baking powder, maple syrup and pinch of salt to the bowl and mix well 
- Add in the chopped walnuts to the mixture in the bowl, and fold it in 
- Add water and start mixing till you get a thick cake batter consistency (add more water if needed) 
- Line a small baking pan with parchment paper and pour in the brownie mixture, then spread it well into a rectangle shape 
- Place it in the oven and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes 
- When baked, take it out of the oven and let it cool for five minutes, then cut it into bite-size pieces and garnish with chopped pistachios and rose petals
