This recipe is so perfect with meat dishes as well as vegetarian dishes to add a kick to the whole meal. It is bursting with different flavors and spices! I have paired it with so many foods. Try it as a spread for a burger, as a dipping sauce for the snacks or use it to garnish roasted veggies!
Ingredients
3 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tbsp chipote oil
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
salt to taste
Serrano peppers (optional)
1/2 tsp dry mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend
Garnish with dry mint powder before serving
