Spicy Cauliflower Fried Rice With Tofu

Cauliflower rice are really in these days and people seem to be enjoying it a lot if you make it with the right flavors and ingredients. Here, I have a simple yet delicious recipe that will make you want to go for seconds. It’s super healthy and a perfect meal that can be whipped up in less then 20 minutes for lunch or dinner. Print this recipe below.




Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 block tofu cut into cubes

salt to taste

black pepper to taste

1/2 onion chopped

2-3 cloves garlic minced

1/2` tbsp ginger chopped

1 cup nixed veggies (green bean, peas, carrots, corn)

2 cups grated cauliflower

2 tbsp organic coconut aminos or soy sauce

1 tsp red chilli flakes

1 pinch chinese five spice

1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped


Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat and add tofu, salt & black pepper

  2. Stir fry the tofu until golden in color then set aside in a plate when done

  3. In the same pan, add onions, ginger and garlic and fry till golden brown in color

  4. Add veggies and stir fry for 5-7 minutes

  5. Add cauliflower rice and mix well

  6. Add coconut aminos, turmeric powder, and Chinese five spice, then mix well.

  7. cook for 3-4 minutes, then add fried tofu and mix gently

  8. Empty the fried rice in a bowl and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving
