This pasta salad is PERFECT for a light summertime meal or side. It is super refreshing full of zesty flavors & sure to create a party in your mouth. Let's get started with the recipe!
2 cups of pre-boiled pasta cooled at room temperature.
In a large bowl, add the following ingredients.
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Half a teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
One and a half tablespoon of capers
One and a half teaspoon of Dijon mustard
2-3 table of lemon juice
Freshly chopped basil and chives (as much as you want).
Orange zest (more adds lots of flavor)
Now mix all of the ingredients added to the bowl, then add the pre-boiled pasta and mix it well until the pasta is completely coated the mixture in the bowl.
Cover the pasta bowl with a lid or plastic wrap & let it chill in the fridge for at least an hour before you enjoy.
