INGREDIENTS
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp fenugreek leaves
salt to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
6-8 cubes of paneer
1 whole bell pepper cut in squares
half a red onion cut in squares
METHOD
For the marinade - Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for the paneer, bell pepper & onion.
Add paneer to the marinade and mix well until all cubes are coated well.
Assemble the skewers layering the marinated paneer with bell pepper & onion.
Heat a nonstick skillet, add some oil and place skewers in the pan.
Brush with leftover marinade then turn every 2-3 minutes until done.
This dish is a great source of protein for vegetarian.
