Paneer Tikka Skewers

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Greek yogurt 
- 1 tsp garam masala 
- 1 tsp turmeric 
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper 
- 1 tbsp fenugreek leaves 
- salt to taste 
- 1 tbsp olive oil 
- 6-8 cubes of paneer 
- 1 whole bell pepper cut in squares 
- half a red onion cut in squares 
METHOD
- For the marinade - Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for the paneer, bell pepper & onion. 
- Add paneer to the marinade and mix well until all cubes are coated well. 
- Assemble the skewers layering the marinated paneer with bell pepper & onion. 
- Heat a nonstick skillet, add some oil and place skewers in the pan. 
- Brush with leftover marinade then turn every 2-3 minutes until done. 
This dish is a great source of protein for vegetarian.
