Paneer Tikka Skewers


  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1 tbsp fenugreek leaves

  • salt to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 6-8 cubes of paneer

  • 1 whole bell pepper cut in squares

  • half a red onion cut in squares


  1. For the marinade - Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for the paneer, bell pepper & onion.

  2. Add paneer to the marinade and mix well until all cubes are coated well.

  3. Assemble the skewers layering the marinated paneer with bell pepper & onion.

  4. Heat a nonstick skillet, add some oil and place skewers in the pan.

  5. Brush with leftover marinade then turn every 2-3 minutes until done.

This dish is a great source of protein for vegetarian.
