Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cups blanched almond flour
1/2 cup cacao powder
1 tbsp almond butter
handful sunflower seeds
Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line a baking pan with parchment paper, spray with oil and set aside
Mash the bananas to a smooth consistency
Add eggs, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cinnamon, and baking powder
Whisk it all together to a pancake like consistency
Add almond flour and cacao powder to the mixture then mix well
Add almond butter and mix again till almond butter is blended in
Pour mixture in the baking pan
Top with sunflower seeds
Place in the oven to bake for 35-40 minutes
