Ingredients:
3 cups shredded green cabbage
2 tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro (plus more for garnish)
2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1–2 teaspoons chili onion crunch (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
1–2 scallions, thinly sliced (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a medium mixing bowl, add the shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chili onion crunch, and everything bagel seasoning.
Toss everything together until the cabbage is evenly coated and the dressing is well distributed.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top with pumpkin seeds, additional chopped cilantro, and scallions if using. Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
Tips:
For extra crunch, chill the slaw for 10–15 minutes before serving.
