You can make 4 shots using 1 whole lemon peeled, I whole orange peeled, 2-3 roots of turmeric & 2-3 roots of ginger

Ginger

Blend all the ingredients with 1/2 cup of filtered water


Strain the mixture

Use a spoon to strain all the juice in a wide glass jar/cup by stirring in circular motion

When the mixture is almost dry, press with a spoon to extract the remaining juice


Transfer to clean & dry small glass bottles


You can store these for up to 5 days in the refrigerator


I usually have this shot first thing in the morning after water and before my morning coffee.
